It says it's licensed but then when I went to Del Rey website, it doesn't show Gaukuen Ouji manga at all. So is this manga really license?

I think it's only just been officially announced, no actual volumes have been released yet. There's probably a date going around the net somewhere.

Thats because it must have been licensed not long ago. It takes a good little while after the license has been anounced that you will see info on that publishers site for that series. Just keep checking it very now and then, it'll pop up, probably in a month or two. Just note that they might not be going with the japanese name for it.

Oh I actully found it on http://www.chapters.indigo.ca/books/search?keywords=YUZUKI%20Jun&pageSize=10 but there not publishing anything untill March 2009.

del rey has dropped this series they only put out 3 vol and there has not been any more volumes released since 09

http://kodanshacomics.com/ is up now, and they've dropped Gakuen Prince. Very upsetting. 🙁
