There's a manga that I've been looking for a long time. I remember reading it a long time ago. This manga involves the protagonist who (probably) was made to join a crime fighting agency. In one arc, his sister was kidnapped by a shady organization that imprisons girls and inject a drug into them. Does anyone know of such a manga?
