My friend recommended me a manga a long time ago, I was just skimming the a volume book (dunno what volume I saw) but what I vaguely remember is title might or might not "____ game" something like that.
There's a boy coughing the blood then he tried to speak but realized his voice box is removed by a spell (not sure his voice box is in his hands?)
Now somehow I want to read back but I suddenly forgot the title after 2 years?
