I'm not sure if there's a hidden dark mode setting somewhere but:
IOS: Firefox
Android: Kiwi, Firefox (any), Brave, Samsung Internet, etc.
Android FOSS: Bromite, FOSS Browser, Tor, Fennec, SmartCookieWeb, etc.
Windows: Firefox, Edge, Chrome, etc. (via extensions like Dark Reader, Midnight Lizard, etc.)
Mac: same extensions as Windows browsers
Linux: you should know already

Well, at least light mode is still an option—thank you for that. Site was too visually busy to concentrate in dark mode for me.
I'm a jack of all trades but master of none. Too many jars and not enough hands.

How/where do you choose/change between light and dark mode?

On mobile, you can do it using the hamburger button. It's in the menu. On desktop, it's in the left sidebar on the bottom.

The top images were kinda scary when it's enter dark mode. Just a bit surprised when suddenly mangaupdates became horror 😮

That banner was horrifying for a second.
Thanks for the update. Since the site update, Dark Reader for Safari has not been working, so it's nice to not have my eyes blinded out past 10 PM (Dark Reader works in other browsers, however).

Huh? Quite unintuitive. I'd have never thought to look there.

Fair. When I tried to decide where to put it, I realized we don't really have a decent place. Normally websites have a dropdown menu (even on desktop) but our design is from 2004.

I'd suggest putting it on the right, somewhere.
Also, I think website designs from the 00's and early 10's were the best.
Modern website design is extremely worse in just about every way imaginable. Especially functionality/practicality, being able to find things, getting an overview, and such things.
As well as just generally looking worse, though that is the least important part.
