I know the question's been answered, but what does "NSFW" mean? "Not safe for work"? ^^'

Yeah. NSFW = Not Safe For Work. I guess I should have stated that.

Pretty much it tells you not to click if your in a public or work place that inforces an internet policy.

Also means for kids to watch out for their parents...(I know this is the +18 section, but not everyone pays attention to that warning, right?)

i find NSFW warnings pretty worthless -- i assume that in an 18+ forum generally much would not be considered safe for work for many (for me it doesn't matter since i run my own company :-); that's why it's 18+.

what i am much more interested in is HOW it's not safe because there is some stuff i rather avoid before breakfast, such as certain fetishes. since it's probably impossible to come up with standardized warnings for all things that might squick people, a summary caption of the image would be good: "homosexual couple having penetrative sex with toys", or "heterosexual group sex; BDSM", or "shota scat play", or "tentacle non-con with fairies". they're all short but descriptive enough for people to decide whether they want to stomach the actual image, and i hope in an 18+ forum people are mature enough to handle short verbal descriptions of erotic imagery that they might not personally like.
