All I recall about this manga is that it has to do with an older male and a younger female. I think they are romantically involved and keep the relationship a secret from everyone. I don't recall who either a classmate or the girl's parents see her from a balcony one day and this causes them to find out where they go during the day and this leads to the parent (A mom I think) ringing the doorbell a lot as the couple start to cry and apologize to the other about being found out while hugging.

I remember the couple being really wholesome and the girl being happy being with the dude while the dude is worried about what others might say.
