I'm not sure how drastic a change it'd be server side, I think it'd only take a small Greasemonkey script. Anyway, in the age of tabbed browsing, I'm sure we can all come to agree that this (click it!) is not very helpful. Fortunately, just reversing the order (as you see on the page title), will kind of fix this.

Agreed. The manga title as the first part of the page title would help.
