You can already see which series belong to which magazine. Just click on a magazine, for example Weekly Shonen Magazine, and it'll show all the series it has serialized.

Yes. But you can't see how often the magazine is released and there isn't an indicator which shows which of the list of series are currently printed in the magazine. It simply shows all series which were in the magazine.
The frequency isn't a problem with Weekly Shounen, since it already got weekly in the name, but there are lots of magazines which don't have their frequency in their name.

I think OP meant to separate series which were running and currently running in a magazine.
