I wondered if I should post it here or in "I'm looking for" but as it's about a yaoi manga, I choose here.

I was talking about a yaoi I read a long time ago and I can't remember the title. Here is what I remember:

A businessman ( the son of the president I think) is forced to accept a relationship with the president of an other company to save his own. This man is quite sadist. Then they travel abroad in an hotel and another man try to help him escape (he's also the manager of another company) but in the end he refuses because he felt for the sadist...........
