ok.... so that is interesting..... so they have to return him to the sea so he could go to the heaven.

one way to see this is that the chosen couple will do a double suicide...

the other way to see this is the fact that this ceremony already took place at the beginning of the story.. where nagi and shizuku fell from "umi no misaki" and from that moment nagi lived in that piece of heaven in the middle of the sea....

what gets me is that he's been given clues about his fate, yet he has shown hardly any curiousity about this at all. Its been hinted to him that somthing bad is going to happen butbhe doesnt question it at all, he just goes the flow.

if it were me, id be leaving the island even if I had to swim. If nothing else, i would find out whats going on.

this is one of those stories that you dont get any answers till the very end.

one last thing.... If he is unable to make a choice, that would be disapointing. I hate harem endings. Who would be happy sharing the person they love with 2 other people.
