yea. It is completely scanslated until vol. 27. You can read them from manga reading sites, scanslation group site or through manga download sites.

The info (where it says vol 21 scanslated by MangaOne group) only mentions the latest releases of the scanslation group on a certain chapter. The chapter releases arent necessarily in ascending order. Sometimes, different scanslation group work on the same manga and it is also common that scanslation groups reupload a more High quality version of the old/previous chapters that they have scanslated.

Where can I find the others? I can't even find Basara at Onemanga, and Mangahut only has up to chapter 77 or something, and same at GotLurk..
