Too many people misunderstood that scene.
No, they didn't have a real sex. If you look closely you can see Miyabi's hand holding the guy's white saber. He's just rubbing it.

The trick was in chapter 8. 😉 In chapter 10 it wasn't a trick. He just wanted that kind of rubbing.

Does it really matter if she had sex or not? Like it makes her more innocent wether she actually put it in or not considaring everything else she does.
