I've read it before, but I can't remember the name at all. It's kind of similar to "Bokutachi Futari ga Koisuru Riyuu" by Sou Irime, in that there's a boy who gets hired to help out a "sickly" guy in his mansion. And in the end (obviously), it turns out the guy wasn't really sick, but just wanted to get closer to the boy. Help?
