I remember reading a manga where the uke had no dick (sorry if the word isn't allowed). I just remembered it because of some other manga I'm reading. But the problem is that I can't remember anything else. Just that the seme came to know that fact but said it didn't bother him, or something like that. Nope, that wasn't the right one. I'm sure it was the uke who didn't have his thing anymore.

Jin to Neko wa Yobu to Konai

The uke doesn't have his thing, but he isn't a major character.

Sex Pistols has an uke in one of the later books who takes a drug and becomes androgynous. Its a little unclear, but if I remember rightly his dick is never shown so it might have gone.
