Manga about a mermaid

The basic premise is that a guy finds a female mermaid in a pond who's dying, so he wishes that the mermaid turns human and she does, but when she turns human she becomes male instead. I really enjoyed the manga but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called, so any help is appreciated!!
