YES!!! Finally! all my friends like her, but she sounds like she has cotton balls in her mouth! well, shes worse than that for other reasons too, but basically, I agree.

I don't have any problems with her provided she doesn't try to "dance" - at least that's what I assume the painful shuffle she sometimes does during instrumental breaks in her songs is supposed to be. Love is so bad.

Generic mainstream rappers are all interchangeable to me.

• They have names/songs that blatantly state how much money they have and how important they are because of it.
• oversized shirts, oversized jewelry, and everything else.
• they all have the same music videos. hot girls+club+making out.
• self-worshipping lyrics about how great they are, how hot they are, how rich they are, etc, etc. then more stuff about sex, being in the ghetto, using violence for no apparent reason...
• then there are songs that mean nothing at all... (soulja boy can you hear me?)

I grew up an 80's headbanger, with stuff like Slayer, early Metallica, Iron Maiden, so on and so forth. As the 80's came to a close, a lot of mainstream rock music did a sharp turn towards bands like Poison, Cinderella, Enufz Eunf, stuff like that.

My god I hated that crap, and even though I wasn't big on the grunge thing that followed, I'm glad Nirvana and Soundgarden stuck a fork into that kind of music.

No country for me. Gods, they sure moan a lot in those kinda songs.
