This week's poll was suggested by Baltha. Assuming that you're actually living out a dream while your actual body is in a coma, would you choose to wake up and rejoin the real world? Or stay in the only world you've actually experienced?
You can submit poll ideas here

Previous Poll Results:
Question: How's your manga reading habits during the pandemic?
Choices:
About the same - votes: 1614 (45.7%)
Been reading less - votes: 357 (10.1%)
Been reading more - votes: 1563 (44.2%)
There were 3534 total votes.
The poll ended: May 15th 2021
As some people have pointed out, the fact that MangaDex is currently down has impacted their manga reading habits more than the pandemic has

If my mind, in all its infinite possibilities cant even make a dream for me that is at least somewhat in my favor, what kind of abject hellscape put me in a coma?

I really like these recent polls, they make for interesting comments sections.
Personally, I'd want to wake up. Reality over dreams. Unless I'm in the matrix, then nevermind.

Recent polls have been really great.
This one is quite hard to answer. However, if I've been in a coma for a long time and I'm still alive, it's likely that I'm getting medical support, which means things likely aren't that bad. The other issue is that if I choose not to wake up, I'd have to continue living with the knowledge that everything is fake, which sucks a lot. So I guess waking up might be the better option.

If you only ever experienced that dream as a reality, it depends on a few factors for deciding on whether or not you'd rejoin another reality. Are you content in the dream? Is the dream somewhat unsatisfying, but you've made peace with tolerating it? And is the dream disturbing to the point where leaving it seems like your best option of potentially escaping torment? I think most people would attempt to leave the dream in that worst case scenario. I don't think I'd leave the dream if I experienced either of the other two...I'm concerned with what comes after any of the realities conclude...

This poll really reminded me of the episode from Love Death Robots: Beyond the Aquila Rift
Is experiencing a false reality more preferable when the truth is more than what the mind can handle?
My life is nothing all that special so yes. Who knows if I would take the Red Pill if I was young Arnold Schwarzenegger or something.
Would Zhuangzi urge you to wake up? That´s the better question.

I wonder if ancient China had the Black Pill? Times were tough.
I also read EU/US comics and am a librarian.

Assuming that I am dreaming "That Dream" of mine. Which is pretty much what i live for.
Short answer: I would wake up.
Not so long answer: I would wake up. No matter what, as a religous person (I am Muslim if anyone wonders) I cant neglect my duties for my god. That Dream of mine made me this religious anyway.
(why did I even bothered myself with that short answer, both is short enough)
But if I assumed there is no other life.
If I were aware of that i was dreaming. I would definitely wake up.
If it was a deal of blue or red pill. Since it makes me forget that it was all a dream I'd go for blue and enjoy my dream I guess.

Well, I quite like my life but I would still choose to wake up. I don't see the point in avoiding reality. Some people rack up more credit card debt every month while trying to avoid reality - to me, this is similar to choosing to remain in a pleasant dream. If you choose not to wake up from your coma now, you may be forced awake later on - only you'll be older, weaker, ect. In the end, things are the way they are. Better to deal with reality today then try to put it off. So even though I'm quite happy with my life... and even if "reality" was quite awful... I'd wake up as soon as possible and get to work in "real" life.

I voted No.
Am I one of the few people to say that? I don't want to take the risk and ignorance is bliss.
My current life is ridiculously uncertain, but idk if waking up will help my case lol.

You all need to start questioning everything thing that your teachers and professors are telling you. Seriously.
Or get out of school.

Yes. the dream is just another life, after enjoying the dream I'd wake up and enjoy real life. it's like I live twice.
