Artstyle tells me it might be something by Yamahana Noriyuki.

I used a Japanese dictionary for the words on the bottom and I got something that translates to zai something-something nirasaku or esaku. o3o I couldn't find the two words in the middle. But the last word two characters together mean handicraft, work, construction, manufacturing, which probably refers to the main male character as a sales man. Sorry.. this is the best I can do....(Note, I had little knowledge of reading Japanese, the little I know was self taught, for like 1 hour on the hiragana alphabet).
