My name's Maeko (or Jenny) and I'm thinking of starting a BRAND NEW group! This one will be focusing on all types of genre from smut to horror~ (Of course, we won't pick anything up that the staff does not like)

Firstly, before I even start recruiting for any positions, I am looking for 2 more admins to help me out! I want one person that is very good technologically. So they're able to make websites, forums, etc.

My strength is also techs so we'll work together~
We'll be keeping the forum clean of spam, updating, and changing once in a while, etc.

I need help the most,though, on HOW to start a scanlation group. Yeah. I'm a noob. But I'm a quick learner. I just need someone to TELL me about it and I'll instantly get it. =w=b

So I want two admins that has some knowledge about scanlation groups.

I also need the admins to be nice, understanding, and able to cooperate with others. I don't want bossy ones that just wants everything their way.

I want admins to work with me so we can create an awesome scanlation that's staff are like family! We'll be able to go to each other for advise, not just about scanlating, but about their own life as well. We all love to read mangas and we all want to help out, don't we?

I've seen countless amazing scanlation groups that has so many staffs. But none of the staffs knows each other at all.They just do their work, hand it in, and that's it.

I don't think that's right because sooner or later, they'll get tired of it!

I want to start a family scanlation group!

Not only that, but I want to pick up mangas/manhwas that have been dropped by other scanlation groups. This way, the readers that really liked it will be able to continue reading!
