Im looking for Japanese films, not anime but real life screen play.
Mostly looking for Yankee, Yakusa, gang related ones or some really really funny ones. Fell free to suggest any other worthwhile mentions.

Anything by Takashi Miike. Look it up on IMDB. He does great Yakuza and Yankee stylish films.

Meh. Whatever.
The only Japanese Yakuza related film I know would be Ichi the Killer though I'd really recommend the Hong Kong film JiangHu or The Godfather for your Mafia/Yakuza preference instead
The other Japanese films I've got are historical so I got nothing else for you...

World Apartment Horror
It's a horror-comedy by Katsuhiro Otomo (Akira, Domu, Steamboy), his first live-action feature. It concerns a Yakuza member sent by his boss to rid an old apartment building of it's foreign tenants. He soon discovers there's an evil demon spirit attached to the building...
You can get it on Torrent. Definetely worth a check...
