The first (G1) is a blond with short hair has no friends very studious keeps to herself. A bit stuck up too. the second (G2) is a girl with long wavy black hair no friends and a mean mug, but cute. Rumor says she's a delinquent. Girl2 sits behind Girl 1 and always has this mean look on her face.
One day they bump into each other out side of school as G2 is picking up her little siblings from preschool. It was awkward at first than one of the little kids pukes and the sister freaks out. G1 offer to take them to her place (no ones home) to clean up. They get closer and it turns out girl 2 is a really caring big sister totally focused on her 4 little siblings. Since her dad is gone (dies or walks out?) mom is alone and as the eldest, G2 helps out with the kids. They get close after this encounter and become friends G1 helps G2 study, and comes over often to even tutor little siblings
Its reviled G1 comes from a bad home. Its an average middle class family but every one treats her like sh*t. The parents spoil and dote on the mediocre brother. She tries to impress her fam by getting top grades but they just ignore her.
G2 motivates her to try and get high marks for the exams. She ends up getting top 10 in the district when she gets home she's over shadowed by her big bro finally passing the collage entrance exams for some 3rd rate college. G1 comments on how it took him 4 years to get that much and big bro just sucker punches her. Like he kicks her a*s. Like just swinging on her . it was harsh. Parents just look at her like she's some disgusting retch who had it coming.
Next time at school G1 is avoiding G2. When G2 confronts her she finds all the bruise's. G1 breaks down and G2 comforts her.
End of manga is G1 going out With G2's family in the summer. Mom makes a funny comment on how close the are. They blush saying its not like that.
(very light shojo ai implied? or just simple story of love, friendship, and how sometimes others can love you deeper than your own blood)
