The body could be for Pain to use in addition to his set of bodies while the recording is to program the moves for the body so that the body can still use Itachi's powers....or at least that's what I think...

Madara might have wanted to evaluate how strong Sasuke is based on his fight against Itachi. Though considering that half the battle (page wise, at least) was a genjutsu battle, hard to say what kind of information he'll get with it. Maybe Zetsu has photographic memory and can show Tobi what happened by means of genjutsu.

in some twist Tobi could be Obito I mean if you look at both Kakashi's and Tobi's sharingan abilities they're similiar that and how for now it seems he only has one sharingan!!! 😛 but what do i know, i do know im looking forward to the next chapter!!

Well, we know nothing about Tobi's sharingan, or Obito's really for that matter. Unless you mean by similar abilities as "Having one" then we do indeed know. Otherwise, Tobi is just moving fast, that has nothing to do with the eye, unless I missed a few chapters. Tobi hasn't actually done anything yet, he hasn't shown anything yet.. he just dodged a few attacks in his own special way and ran. Otherwise, he has just been running in every chapter he is in.

i think more precisely he's moving from tangible to intangible not actually physically dodging the attack, but rather teleporting that part of his body to another dimension. its like the fourths technique but alot more advanced. i now sakura says it not teleportation because thats moving really fast, but teleportaion is about covering distance without motion, not about moving very fast.

Well one would assume that Obito would have the same or very similar powers to Kakashi, since Kakashi does have Obito's eye after all. However during Sasuke's fight with Itachi we saw that each of Itachi's eyes posessed a different ability.

True, if Obito lived to level up his abilities, they could be similar, except he didn't. 😛

All we know, is he had them. We don't know if he ever developed any technique beyond just taijitsu copy, or whatever the first level is.

So that is what I meant. Yes though, we can safely say that it is a good bet that Obito might have similar techniques, unless the abilities differ not by the eyes, but by the personality/chakra/skill set of the person who has the eye. Though that would be interesting if Madara is actually collecting all the eyes to master all of the Sharingans different abilities, or that could mean that if Itachi took Sasuke's eyes, he would lose his own skills since Sasuke doesn't have the same power. So I think it depends on the actual wielder, so in that I stick with my argument that we don't know anything about Obito's abilities. 😛

That would be interesting!! Anyways on a different note I wasnt saying anything about Obito and Kakashi having similar abilities but Tobi & kakashi (the way i see it)!!! and if im right it would explain Obito as being Tobi! Hopefully we'll find out next chapter!!
