New Poll - Egg Condiments

This week's tasty (?) poll was suggested by Transdude1996. Do you use condiments on your eggs? And if so, what? Unfortunately, you can only choose one, so pick wisely. Just assume your favorite type of eggs, whether that be hard boiled, poached, sunny side up, etc.

Soy sauce when it's available. Otherwise, I take them plain.
I saw soy and immediately had to think of the alt-right, lol. We live in truly strange times.
On to the topic, I don't eat eggs. At least as a standalone product.
I also read EU/US comics and am a librarian.

I usually go either plain eggs or I melt some cheese on 'em... but I guess cheese isn't really a condiment. ?

Definitely salt. Often together with pepper (or better yet, chilli powder) as well, but there's no way I'd ever eat eggs without salt.

I would have picked an "all of the above" option. At different times of course. I ended up picking soy sauce since it's probably my favorite.

Definitely a mix of stuff, usually actual cut veggies and peppers (AKA red peppers and green peppers). If I don't have actual ingredients, it comes down to black pepper and salt shaker. No salt shaker, then soy sauce.

I do the same, though I sometimes go a bit crazy and I put chopped tomatoes, onions, peppers, smoked ham and at times cheese in the pan, fry it and then add a few eggs. I rarely cook eggs alone, but when I do and I remember to add it, I add salt and pepper to the eggs. At the very least I need to add salt to my eggs.

My favorite way is to mix a bit of sugar and soy sauce together in a small bowl and then pour the sauce into the sunny side up egg (right before you turn off the stove). This tastes amazing with bread.

Really depends on how it's prepared, If it's boiled then soy sauce. If it's fried then either ketchup or soy sauce. If it's an omelette or scrambled then ketchup. Pepper goes on my egg whenever I have access to it. I have also tried eating with There are so many food where I live that use egg in some way so I also eat them with other condiments often. Also TIL most western people eat their egg with salt. Sounds a bit sad tbh.
I sprinkle a bit of salt on the egg while cooking it.
Then I eat the cooked egg with ketchup and rice and some cooked meat.
