I can't say I've read any manga where that happened, but it wouldn't bother me if I did.

It depends on how it's presented. If the person just SUDDENLY swung the other way it would be annoying. But if it was hinted at throughout the plot then I don't think I would mind.
And hopefully it's not the main character or something cause that would just be misleading.

The average human starts spacing out after 10 minutes... so entertain me

Never read anything like that but I don't think I'd really care much, unless it was a sudden thing, then I'd be a bit like "wtf?"

I still think I wouldn't really care though.
