his eyes are the same as in his wanted poster. plus I agree with Wage Knight, he wouldn't think the fake zoro and the fake sanji would be zoro and sanji ifhe could only hear their voices. It's not like they say their (fake) names in front of him either

The few things I'm disappointed with are:
*Robin's fringe - I do hope that's temporary. Her fringe was hot! ;;
*Luffy's refusal of Boa's hand in marriage - ...he better just be playing coy/Tsundere ==

Nami is HOT HOT HOT with her new hair! Love it and hope it stays that way! It's good to see how each member evolved after the break. One Piece, already IMO the best manga out there just went to a whole new level. Can't wait for the next chapter.

He's not blind. If he was, then he wouldn't be scared by that fake Robin because he wouldn't see her calmly offer him some food while being bitten on the head by that fox. Besides, Chopper's still as naive as ever, so he probably thinks that people can change that much over two years (And in some cases, people can actually change that much if they have the resources...).

Of course Chopper was fooled. Remember, only Luffy and Chopper could not tell Usopp is Sogeking. Disguises completely fool them. I like long hair Nami. Most manga seem to go the other way having a girl with nice long hair suddenly cutting it short or almost getting a buzz cut. ( Videl DBZ, Akane Tendo Ranma 1/2) As for the fake Robin, she was arrested not kidnapped (Choppers said kidnapped) by what appears to be a CP team. Can't wait for next week and chap 600 in 2 to see how it all kicks off again.

I don't think this has been mentioned exactly...we can see that Sanji's hair was moved so it's covering his right eye instead of his left, and his left eyebrow is different. Which means that Sanji's face must look like this:
