Duplicate Kusuriya no Hitorigoto mangas

Recently started reading Kusuriya no Hitorigoto and discovered that there was two versions of it(https://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=142681, https://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=146366). I found raws for both of them although only 1 is being translated so it is not a mistake. Anyone who know why there are two versions though running simultaneously?
