Don't remember too much, but the guy was rich and was a couple with the mc girl, and she got "caught" in bed with the guy's sister's boyfriend, but the sister denied it and they broke up. They did get back together in the end though. It was very short, maybe 1-5 chapters. Think it was harlequin.
