Please help me find this manhwa. So in this manhwa there are guilds. As far as I remember there was a war between guilds. The MC joins a guild where the guild leader is strong. The guild leader's assistant doesn't really like the MC but eventually likes him. I also remember that one of the team leaders in the guild was a woman with magic powers who wore robes, etc.
