i read this shoujo ai manga a while back, but forgot the name
not sure if i imagined it up, i found it on here though
it was about two girls as everything is, they were childhood friends i believe?
one girl had a heart issue as a child, so the other donated her own heart to her friend, and got a electronic prosthetic heart herself
there was this one chapter where they kept tracking each others' heart rates via a app, and another chapter where the prosthetic girl's heart ran out of battery
anyone know the name?
