Hey my fellow manga readers,

I am new to this site. I am enjoying it though, because it allows me to track my progress with my current readings. However, I am looking into reading more manga (i.e. Guyver, Tenjou Tenge, etc.). My only problem is that it is hard finding where to get the latest mangas. I steadily check amazon.com as well as the publishers sites with no luck. If you have any advice please feel free to inform me. In addition, I should have my current readings open to the public. If you think that there may be a manga that I would enjoy please let me know. I look forward to reading more and more and more and more.

Thanks to all.

Welcome! (>^_^)> I hope you continue to enjoy this site. I'm not sure about your 'finding the latest manga' problem, but i may get back to you on recommending some new series' in the near future. 😀

By latest manga, I am just refering to how it is hard to get the latest releases. One time, I ordered Chun Rhang Yhur Jhun Vol.3 through a major vender online and they said I couldn't get it until like October. However, when I so happened to look for it in a bookstore there it was staring me in the face. I don't know. It is just hard. I got a couple more experiences that it is like I won't finish the series because the publisher finished making the complete set, but I can't buy the volumes I need anywhere else.

Howdy

My closest manga store has a pretty big selection, so if it's licensed, it'll be there. Though, I get most through download >_<. If you're desperate to know if something has been released, you could check a site like ebay first, then go and buy it from a shop. I'm not very good at ordering online, I prefer to read it 'spur of the moment' while im still in the mood.

Well if you're looking for licensed manga and it's in a fairly easy place in the USA, maybe the girl that I talked to that had, I think, 500 volumes of manga will stop by here and help you. 😉

Otherwise, I can only offer you a welcome. 😳

well... if you order the manga but really want to read it, try reading the scanlation? ^^ but i am not telling you to read the scanlation and not buying anything x].

[the best place and the cheapest place i find to buy manga is vietnam. period.]

if you live in USA try DragonFlair [search etc it located in many places/states etc] i used to go there when i was in Texas. :] [not sure if it's dragonflair, but it's something with dragon :]]
