Alright, in just one chapter, Nel has surpassed both Orihime and Rukia as my favorites. But the difference in power between her and number 5 is huge. Sort of makes you wonder what the difference in power is between 2 and 1 compared to her.

This still doesn't answer the question of who is the current no. 3 though. You have to remember noitora is slightly (not much) tired from fighting Ichigo. For me Nell definitely surpasses rukia, because i don't like her much and she should be dead so many times over. Grimmjow is still my favourite Arrancat though.

Oh btw, notice how the other 2 Hollow guys with Nell, called her "Master Nell" 😕 could they be hiding some sort of pwoer as well? i mena its not impossible XD

But wow. Nell = My fave now, i had liked her as chibi form before the transformation, but now shes jsut Kewl... and Busty XD Body Like An Hourglass 😛

But what do you think will happen after she beats number 5? will they part ways? stay and team together?

My predection is that Nell goes with ichigo and fights the rest of the arrancar and the other 2 hollow guys also have some sort of power to help each of the people in the team.
