I know the seme brother was prostituting himself in order to get money and hated the step mother... uke caught him once during his little meet ups, and couldn't believe it. I know in one part of the manga uke catches the gym teacher and seme brother shacking up and tells seme brother to stop prostituting himself. seme brother tells him to meet him somewhere, and uke gets restrained by perverted gym teacher. but seme comes and saves him. sorry, it's really a blur.
