So I really want to reread a manga but I forgot what it's called! D:

It's yaoi, definitely...
I think it starts of in a hospital because the main character's grandma just died. That grandma was the landlady of a boarding house and the main character was talking to a resident(seme)... And since the grandma died, the boarding house goes to the grandson to manage.... But when he becomes the new landlord, he asks the residents to move out within 6 months and they all start to panic!
Uhm.... I think they called the landlord "Chika-chan" or something.... And there's like 4 guys living in the house and then there's a single mother and her daughter... agh! >.< I'm just confusing myself!
