Um, to those who read this book, after the black flecked vomit is brought up in chapter one is it ever explained fully? If it is then tell me to shut up, but if not, please explain.
From what Ive gathered, it apears to be the work of an ulcer or similar bleeding in the gastral system.... help?
**edit. Yea, I read the whole thing. No mention of it. Stress? STD?
