Looking for the title of a manhwa...

Written probably early 2000's to 2010... think was even serialized in the US

Was about a girl in high school who has a crush on the most popular guy in school and who is the president of her class. They end up dating to the shock of everyone at her school. And she eventually realizes that he is not the "prince" that he portrays himself to be. He's really a bad boy with a temper. She tries multiple times to expose his real personality but always ends up failing. I remember her guy friend had a crush on her and tried to confess but was blocked several times by the main lead. The main girl's dad cross-dresses and her uncle is gay?

Eventually they end up liking each other's true personality but the ML goes abroad for awhile but ends up coming back at the end.
