years ago i watched this anime on TV. there is so change that it is based on manga as original material.

here's what i remember from what i watched: it's a simple Japanese family. Father works for magazine (as editor if i remember correctly), Mother is housewife. they had Septuplets or Octuplets or more. i don't remember the expect number. every child had their own character tail. like one son is studius and wants to be scientist, one girl is good with food, wants to be housewife. one girl wants to singer. and they had a dog.

science kid finds a lotto ticket in a book he bought second hand. he checks if it won anything, and it turns out it did: 1000000 Yen. catch is that it's last day of the available time for collecting the prize. so mom and kids go for inner city trip to collect money and find the original owner of the book. well in the end they did, but prize was was 100 Yen, science kid mischecked.
