ITS ABOUT DAMN TIME!!!! 😀 But seriously I think that this arc is really interesting, especially because of Tsukishima (kick ass powers). I mean wouldn't you feel kinda cheated if he just got his powers back in 3-4 chapters with no effort whatsoever? Oh well I thought it was awesome

This was a great chapter... only let down for me was Ichigo crying because he lost...that was a bit out of character for me.. anyway apart from that I absolutely loved this chapter.. glad to see Rukia back as a lieutenant and Ichigo"s new outfit looks way better than his fullbring...and did you guys notice that the title of the chapter is the same as the first Bleach chapter

Didn't anyone notice that Rukia is wearing a badge on her arm, I do believe that means she's the 13th squad vice-captain (lieutenant) now. All I see is people saying 'yes, she's back!' Who cares. I was disappointed. First of all, that Ginjo guy took Ichigo's fullbring, therefore took what ever power he had, leaving him a mere empty shell. If Rukia pumped her power into him, he should have reverted to his first form as a Soul Reaper, not gain a new form - (since it is Rukia's doing like the first time around!). If not that, he should have been made a regular soul because his reiatsu is still basically non-existent - since Ginjo took what he had. This thing is so full of plot holes, almost as bad as Naruto anymore.

Rukia did not stab him with her zanpaktou as you can see because it's still sheathed at her waist. It's probably his dad's and she seems to wearing medical gloves.

HALLELUJAH! I HATED THIS ARC! It's finally ending AND Ichigo has not his fullbring powers anymore. Disappointing arc, with a GREAT ending. And I agree, I think the sword Rukia was holding was Isshin's. What explains the reason why Zangetsu is different. Also, I don't think it's so full of holes. It's probably like when Ichigo reawakened his powers thanks to Urahara, prior to the Soul Society Arc.

It's been a long time since the last time I had this "cold sweat" with bleach. I loved this chapter.

It looks like he is still wearing the jacket of the fullbring outfit with the shinigami one.

It's just my guess but I think Rukia, Urahara, and his father needed him to get his fullbring powers before he could get his shinigami powers. Te had lost all his abilities, even to see ghosts and the first time Rukia stabbed him she gave him her powers while awakening his own because of his strong reaitsu.

I think the key part in Ichigo's training was not so much completing his fullbring but getting his reaitsu back and being able to apart of that world again.

I don't understand why everyone hated the fullbring arc. It was necessary.

I can't be the only one who remembers back in the first few chapters of the manga that the only way for a half human half shinigami to get his powers back after using the final getsuga tenshou was to get fullbring powers, be betrayed, have those powers stripped from him and the be stabbed by another shinigami in a certain quadrant to the right of his heart (you know, just like a qunicy).

Anyway, I'm not sure why one would have to ask if Ichigo's sword looked different. Pretty obvious that it is different. I believe Tite claimed that Zangetsu would disappear after Ichigo used that final move, so he obviously wouldn't get him back. But, if this is the case, then it means that Ichigo would have to start from scratch talking to his zanpaktou and working his was up to bankai.

I completely agree with everything you just said, finally some one with some sense

it was necessary but rather boring. also it was the announced short arc before the final big arc so it felt like filler to many persons

This whole arc is a mind-(four lettered expletive), the only reason I still read is for the miniscule opportunity that Kubo-sensei will finally do something with the non-existent RukiaXichigoXOrihime love triangle.

  1. I'm really excited to see who the new Captains are.
  2. How could Rukia stab Ichigo with a sword when her sword is in it its scabbard?
  3. I don't think this arc is pointless yet, there is a hole to be filled and if its done properly I completely understand its purpose.

Quote from Katie-chan

well i wanted to write all my opinions about Bleach on the whole, but I saw how much I wrote and I just decided I will spare everyone and deleted it. So to cut it short:

  1. I agree that this whole arc was pointless (just like hueco mundo arc when all ended in one chapter. aizen really deserved something better in my opinion, he was a 'valuable' villain)

  2. Ichigo's fullbring was lame. As a matter of fact, all fullbrings aside from Chad's and Orihime's were lame. This arc was pretty much as lame as the bounto anime fillers. Btw, next filler arc was too disastrous for my liking and I stopped watching bleach all together.

hooray. Lame anime fillers have now gotten into the manga. Way to go Kubo.

Another plot hole. Why didn't Chad or Orihime protect Ichigo. Again? They're not under mind control. And I 'm bringing it up again but how did these guys go so long without Shinigami, Vaizard, broken god character Aizen or Urahara Shoten noticing them? Fuck that. >:-(

But, I am glad Rukia's back. Anyone recognize what company that badge is from?
