Is no group willing to do the scans of this manga? the original was amazing and i have seen raws out some why is no one picking this up?

But I'll answer your question. Most likely 'cause this series is really long and still ongoing, and not to mention cooking manga is not the most popular genre for English speaking readers.
Scanlations isn't easy, it's a lot of work.
