Is there any way I can block certain genres from being seen when I'm just browsing around? For example, when I'm idly looking for doujinshi, I'd prefer the whole screen not be clogged up by hentai.

If there isn't a way yet, perhaps one could make that a preference in the CP Panel.

For browsing series in the series section, this is not currently possible. It is planned.

you can always search through genres and sort the ones you dont want to see in the red...
