I've searched everywhere,
but I couldn't seem to find the artist for this particular image :S
I'm guessing it might be from either ABE Akane or AOI Seri
Otherwise it's from some pixiv artist idk.

Just from examining the image and your possible suggestions, I can tell that neither of those mangaka are the artist (100%).
To me, it just looks like some Devil May Cry fanart, but for all I know it could be from a doujinshi or something x). I'm probably wrong on the series as well, but they look like Vergil and Dante to me. Good luck!
