Anything... if I do fall asleep with music playing it is usually w/e I was listening to that day... it doesn't even have to be slow tempo. The last time it was playing my Hip-Hop playlist on Last fm with comp set to sleep after 30mins. Time before that it was Jazz :x Since it's summer it's more pass out when I am completely wrecked as opposed to 'going to sleep' 😛

It only gets better - the Sheer, beautifull, makes me fall asleep with a happy feeling
Hide and seek - Imogen Heap, dude this song is made to be a make-me-sleepy-right-now song!
Starlight - Muse, If I put on this song really soft it's very pretty and mesmerizing
And.. of course : Sunshine - Lupe Fiasco This is a song I really recommend. Just a great song, very slow and stuff. Awesome

Somewhat true.... but I'd rather embrace the future.... Also, crowd noises aren't my thing before bedtime. Nice to see another Portishead listener (at least u ain't as narrow-minded as some others here)

I haven't listened to Third yet although I've got the tracks on my comp for quite some time already. I'm not ready yet(weird feeling I guess 😕 )

And yeah, Portishead is soo perfect for a relaxing night. Sometimes I just let their amazing sounds and Gibbons voice invade my senses and guide me into Morpheus' arms...They're great! There are no words to express how I love them!

I listen to all songs at night. I can't go to sleep without it. I tend to switch everyday. One night I'll listen to Celine Dion. The next, Evanescence. I guess it depends on entirely my mood.
