I recently read the 35 published chapters of Yakushoku Distopiary - Gesellschaft Blume, and I could really tell this manga was axed. It's unfortunate, since I really enjoyed the world and concepts presented.
But then, I ran into a review on myanimelist that suggests the author continued the series independently, with many more chapters.
The 2017 review by user Araragiri-san says this:
"Edit: I found it! The author didn't give up, he still upload the manga through webcomic. Best part is, the supossedly "last chapter" isn't even there, just a prove of how bullsht that chapter is. Now i can keep reading this amazing story. The update is a bit slow tho, but it's still better than nothing.

This website DOES exist and the link leads to a page that appears to be a continuation of the series, with a total of 93 chapters, each with their own image (presumably from the chapters themselves). However, red-numbered chapters lead to an error-404 message, while grey-numbered chapters simply say "Coming Soon".
If there really were chapters uploaded on this site at some point, what happened to them? Have they been archived elsewhere?
I'd love if we could come together and figure out where we can find the rest of the story as the author intended, and translate it.
If you know anything, or are simply curious, I'd greatly appreciate your help and input!
