might have some here. You might have to include additional search filter of animal transformation. Kimi wa Pet ML isn't actually an animal but is definitely a pet. Also I don't believe this can be labeled as bestiality considering what is being asked for is a manga with romance not hentai with sex.

I just read Hanirabi! and it reminded me of Konohanatei Kitan it's not really romance but to me there was the same kind of cuteness in these 2 stories.

PS : There are several manga about Konohanatei and there's also an anime adaptation airing this season (you can find it on crunchyroll if you are interested)

PS : about a cute romance, I think that episodes 5 and 6 of Koitabi: True Tours Nanto (the story about Natsuko and Takumi) may be of some interest.
