Hi,
I've always was interested in this manga but got around to reading or watching it.
So, I was wondering if I should read the manga or watch the anime?
Normally I'm more into reading manga but the art of the anime seemed better than the manga.
That's why I wanted your opinions.
thanks

both, since their plots are really different in after the first few episodes.

If you want the full story you should read the manga. In my opinion a story is infinitely better when they don't cut half it out and then make up a poor excuse for an ending to fit it into a short anime series. I will agree that the anime looks better but unless visuals is all you care about it's going to leave you wanting.

Blasphemy! Elfen Lied is awesome!
Besides that if I have to pick read the manga.
An instant or an eternity. Both are the same, in the passing of an instant lies the beauty of eternity.

At least give a rationale for your answer.
To answer your question, I know for sure that both are amazing, though I only watched the anime.

You are like the dense main character in a shoujo manga.

Manga. The anime wallows in the ecchishit that takes up the first half of the story and never gets to the most entertaining parts.
I watched the anime but I would prefer reading the manga

I hear you say "Why?" Always "Why?" You see things; and you say "Why?" But I dream things that never were; and I say "Why not?"
