1. Chinese to English translator
2. Editor/Typesetter/Cleaner
3. Proofreader

For translator, no experience needed so long you could do a chpt in two weeks
For Editor/Typesetter/Cleaner, basic editing skill is necessary becoz for the time being I don't have time to train hence PS/GIMP, etc is needed from your end to perform the work
For Proofreader, I prefer Native English speaker and you know have a good command of English
