Hi! I know there are recruitment posts here in the forum looking for a korean translator, but I thought that I should let you know a little about me and let you guys decide if you want me to join your group.....
I'm currently doing a masters, so I'll be busy with schoolwork, but I am willing to put in about 1-2 hours (maybe a little more depending on my school load) a week doing translations. I love reading mangas and am fluent in Korean, but I have never done this kind of stuff, so if you are willing to teach me how to do it, then please leave me a message. Thanks!

Hi! We're currently looking for a Korean Translator in Aerandria for a project we have. Our group does shoujo and some shounen titles.

We're willing to answer any questions you might have regarding translations since you've never translated manga before. I'm online on most messengers and check my mail numerous times a day so you can ask us anytime. We're also willing to work with your schedule.

You can PM me here or use our Contact form to talk to us. ^_^

HAO: Heidi Army of Outlaws are in need of one korean translator too for work in one action series:

King of Hell (aka Demon King)

We need someone to pick up the translation of this series starting at ch.5 of vol.13. I have all the scans (until vol.25) in korean.

Also, we always try to ask for 1 chapter per week (each chapter has +/- 16 to 18 pages and not so many text on then), but if you cant, its ok, the same way.

If you have interest, pm me or send me an email to army.of.outlaws@gmail.com.

Take care.

animesigma.com

see if you want to join, we are a new group, well not so new now. But it's your call, we are not a full time scan group, as we focus more on other things, see if you are interested. so the schedule is pretty good. and as for what manga, your call, since you are translating

Hi Snowy117,

I'm not sure what kind of project you'd like to translate. Esthetique is looking for a korean translator for several projects. A few of which, we've already started scanlating. If you're interested in helping us out, please e-mail me at dragonfirerealm@yahoo.com

We've done HMR projects in the past and plan on picking up a few more. However, we have several KR projects that haven't been released yet that are also of the shoujo genre.

biggrin Thanks for your time!

Hello,
Sorry I'm replying a bit later than others have >_< hehe hopefully you are still interested! Only doing 1-2 hours a week is absolutely fine- My friend and I are starting up a small group which aims to scanlate works by Hwang Mi Ri- do you like her works? If you do and you would be interested in helping translate please either mail me on iamloz@gmail.com or PM me on here smile

We would love to have you help us and get our scan group up and running! We're flexible on which of her works we'll do so please feel free to offer suggestions Also, we hope to eventually branch out into lots of other manhwa but at the moment, we feel hwang mi ri works would get us on the board so to speak, until we get more staff and can expand
Hope to hear from you- thank you for your kind offer!
Lauren
