I just can't remember how it was called, there was a manga about street car racing where one of them had an accident and could not drive anymore and therefore teamed up with the guy who caused the accident he had.

Well, it reminded me about Midnight Carrier. But it was his brother who had been injured and, though, they competed with other transporters it hardly can be called "street racing". But, just in case, try it too.
