Just suddenly remembered this manga (but I could only a scene), it's mainly about two couples but the seme's father is also gay (I'm pretty sure it's the seme's or maybe uke) and has a lover (lover wears glasses I think) and in one scene near a cafe/beach restaurant (inside setting, with the bar table and stuff) the father's lover starts talking about drinking his lover's (the father's) cum/seed/baby seed (stuff like that) shocking the others (including the young two couples) in a hilarious way though
