is this worth reading? whats the main romance like? im getting tired of rape=love man, and one of the guys is a jerk and the other one is always so forgiving..

There's no rape involved here (not between the main couple, at least). The love story is pretty sappy and mushy, though. The main couple is the BL one but there are a few straight couples as well.

I can't say it's worth reading per se; it follows a formula pretty typical to historical fantasy + drama shoujo manga; the only difference being in that the main couple isn't a straight one.

ive read it more than once... i loved it, but it depends on ppls taste, theres no rape or a crazy super mean seme, or a very stupid uke ... the story is cute and sometimes funny.. and i would read it again, so in my opinion is worth reading hehe XD

I think that it's just bad classified in terms of categories or genres, cause it's NOT only a meaningless yaoi that has a story of a love-hate relationship between the main characters (like we are used to see)¬¬', OR a shounen-ai that just has a sweet story with lots and lots of kisses and flowers... (like we are also used to see) 😃 ¬¬'
This is actualy more like a drama-kind-of-suspense-kind of story LOL, (i think), 😃
cause even though there are many love interests and many sub-plot relationships... they are JUST that.. SUBPLOT... 🤨 and they focus more on the kingdom, the affairs of the kingdo... the future king (and we actually don't care ¬¬') 😎
BUT! cause the mixed the main relationship with THAT plot, u kind of need to know who's goona end up king, or how the kingdom affairs are gonna resolve in a way that everyone doesn't dies LOL.. 😕
So i think that if u like the story, and get into ur head that this is not a BL manga in which ur gonna see a bunch of smex and bishies, then u can enjoy the story as it is 😛 ... cause it's really interesting and different that what we are used to.. 😃
