I'm a little confused. It appears that there are 11 volumes in Japanese (6 in bunko), but only 9 in Viz's release. Did they cut stuff out, or just condense it? Anybody know for sure?

the related content is still there in the english version. its just that they took off all the unrelated oneshots that was at the end of some volumes and that eventually accumulated to the difference of volumes between the japanese and english one.
